Lake Apopka is the third largest lake in the state of Florida, located just 15 miles away from Orlando. The lake itself was one of Florida’s main attractions in the late 20th Century, and today, it is seeing a resurgence. Local efforts have brought back wetland species of vegetation along the shoreline of the lake, and Lake Apopka Real Estate is growing quicker than ever before.
