Meet the Broker/Owner: Jen Dollar
My family moved to Florida from Seattle Washington in 1985, and we lived in Altamonte Springs for the next 20 or so years. I graduated from Lake Brantley High School in 1999 and graduated from The University of Central Florida in 2002, with a BA Degree in Communications and Marketing, cumma sum laude. I have been working in residential/commercial Real Estate since 2003. In 2008 my brother and business partner, Jeff Ostlie and I opened our first office, in the heart of Lake Mary. In May of 2009, we acquired our second office in Dr. Phillips, and in 2013 we purchased a historic building in the heart of Downtown Orlando, which is now home to our third FOLIO real estate office. In 2020 we moved away from the franchise model, and now own/operate Folio Real Estate. I live ( and do mostly everything) in College Park with my husband Vince Dollar, our two boys Johnny and Sonny, and our GoldenDoodle - Rosie! We enjoy traveling and spending quality time with our family and friends. My two biggest business accomplishments have been owning my own business at 28 years old and being named to The National Association of Realtors "30 under 30" class of 2010.
